Anchor lays the week out
Every trip starts as a scroll of messages nobody can find again. Anchor turns it into days and slots everyone can see. Say what each thing is (a meal, a day out, a ceremony) and it asks only what that kind needs.

One private site, never in a search engine. Guests install nothing, make no account and have no password, one link each. Everyone's photos land on one shared wall, each guest's documents sit in a wallet only they can open, and it works with no signal.
- Guests opt in and out of the things they want. You see who is in for what, and who has not answered. That silence is never counted as a no.
- And you can take a copy of everything, any time. The plan and every table you are entitled to. Guests never see this one; it is the organiser's.

The day itself
Dinner moves an hour, and nineteen people need telling.
Anchor tells the right people
Move dinner by an hour and the group is told. You write nothing. When you do want to say something, choose who gets it and it lands at the top of their own page, or post it to the group when it needs to interrupt.
- One person still has not sent their flight. Anchor asks them privately, and shows you the exact words first.
- Your suppliers are on it too. The caterer, the band, the cars. Each arrives with its own list of what must be true before the date.

What Anchor will never do with your group’s trip
Put your trip in a search engine
Never. Each guest has their own key and sees only what concerns them, and nobody outside the group can find the site at all.
Show one guest's documents to another
There is no screen anywhere that could. Not another guest, not the organiser, not us. The one exception is the guest's own to make: ask Anchor to read your own booking and that file goes to the AI to be read, and it is written in your own access log.
Make something up
Anchor only ever tells your guests what you have actually put in. Where something is missing, it says so instead of guessing. A confident wrong answer is worse than no answer, and it knows that.
Turn off the parts your trip does not have
Fifteen of the twenty parts are switches. A wedding has no club guide; a dive trip has no dress theme. The other five are the spine, and nobody can switch those off, including us.
