These are the terms you agree to when you use Anchor. They are short on purpose.
Anchor is a product of Decifer, based in the United Arab Emirates. These terms cover your use of anchormytrip.com.
You need an account to organise an event. Keep your sign-in to yourself: anyone who can read your email can get into your account.
An account holder is 16 or over, and the details you give us must be true. Anybody under 16 is not shut out: they are connected to an adult's account, which is how the product manages them, and that adult answers for them.
What you record stays yours. You give us permission to hold it and show it to the people you invite, so that we can run your event for you.
You are responsible for what you record about other people, and for telling them what you have recorded when they ask.
Do not use Anchor to break the law, to harass anybody, or to hold information you have no right to hold.
Do not try to reach information belonging to events you were not invited to, or interfere with the service.
Anchor records who owes what and who has paid. It never moves money, never holds money, and never takes a payment between you and anybody else.
We work to keep Anchor available and correct, but we provide it as it is. Things can go wrong, and we do not promise it will never be unavailable.
So far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect loss, and our liability to you is limited to what you have paid us.
You may stop using Anchor at any time. We may close an account that breaks these terms.
We may change these terms. If we do, we will change the date at the top of this page.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
