Why this exists
Every group trip has one person holding it together. They know the times, the addresses, the dress codes and who still owes what, and they answer the same questions over and over because they are the only place that information lives.
The tools they use were not built for it. A group chat loses everything above the last twenty messages. A spreadsheet only they open. An expense app that knows the money but nothing about the week.
Anchor is an AI trip manager for group trips. It holds the plan and the money, gives the group one private place to look, and answers their questions itself. Anchor is the product and the AI inside it, because answering the guests is the job, not a feature bolted on the side.

The three rules it is built on
These are not aspirations. They decide what gets built and what gets refused.
1. It never moves money
No cards, no transfers, no payouts, no commission. The product records who owes what and who is owed what, and links out to whatever banking app you already use. This is permanent. The moment a tool takes a cut of a booking, its advice about that booking stops being trustworthy.
2. It asks; you decide
Plenty of situations have more than one right answer. A supplier refunded half, and either the host absorbs it or the group splits it. The product does not guess. It asks the organiser at the right moment, stores the answer with a name and a date on it, and updates every screen to match.
3. It never invents a fact
If the plan cannot be read, the site says so instead of showing something plausible. If the concierge does not know a time, it says it does not know. A wrong time delivered confidently is worse than a missing one, because somebody acts on it.
